Cereal Oat with Pinar Light Labneh

INGREDIENTS

Pinar Light Labneh
100gr
cereal oat
1/2
dessertspoon salt
480ml
water
2
tablespoons sunflower seed
2
tablespoons pine kernel
2
tablespoons pumpkin seed
2
tablespoons sesame seed
2
dessertspoons linseed
2
dessertspoons chia seed
1
handful of dried strawberries

PREPARATION

  1. Soak the oats, salt and water a large mixing bowl.
  2. Meanwhile, in a pan, mix the pine kernels, sunflower, pumpkin, and sesame seeds. Cook for 5 minutes and leave to cool.
  3. Now to the soaked oats, add the linseed and chia seeds, dried strawberries, and 400gm Pinar Light Labneh.
  4. Stir well and serve into cereal bowls.
  5. Top with the toasted nut and seed mixture.
  6. Additionally you may garnish with walnuts, mixed fresh berries, and fresh mint leaves.
