Chicken Penne with Pinar Labneh

INGREDIENTS

pinch of fresh basil

PREPARATION

  1. Slice the chicken in finger form and fry in olive oil
  2. Add fine-chopped onions, green and red peppers sliced in thin rings, and fine-chopped garlic and fry for 4-5 minutes more.
  3. Add paste and cook a little more and then add and mix salt, black pepper and Pinar Labneh and take off the stove.
  4. On the other hand, cook the pasta in boiling salty water for 10-12 minutes and drain.
  5. Put the pasta in a cooking pot and then add the sauce with chicken and Pinar Labneh and mix.
  6. Serve the pasta hot or warm. Garnish with basil.
