Dates Cheesecake with Pinar Labneh

INGREDIENTS

200 grams
Tea biscuits
100 grams
of butter
1 cup
of Whipping cream
400g
Pinar Labneh Original
1/2 cup
of seedless dates
Date syrup

Topping ingredients:

Date syrup

2 ½ tbsp
Pinar Labneh Original

PREPARATION

  1. Crush or grind a bowl of tea biscuits of your choice, add to it 100 grams of melted butter and mix till it’s firm
  2. Pour the mix in a springform pan and distribute equally and put it in the freezer
  3. Whisk some whipping cream and add Pinar Labneh, seedless dates and a drizzle of date syrup and whisk again.
  4. Take out the biscuits from the freezer and add to it the creamy mix done with Pinar Labneh and distribute it equally
  5. For the topping, use 2 ½ tablespoons of Pinar Labneh, add a small bowl of date syrup, mix and top the cheesecake with it
  6. You can decorate the topping with a spoon of date syrup and form shapes with it, then put back in the freezer for 3 hours.
  7. Garnish with some dates. Enjoy!
