Dip Sauce with Pinar Labneh

INGREDIENTS

Hot & Spicy Dip Sauce:

200 g
Pinar Labneh

tablespoon of hot pepper paste

of walnuts

Tuna Fish Dip Sauce:

200 g
Pinar Labneh
160 g
of tuna fish
50 g
mayonnaise
100 g
pickled gherkins (minced)

pinch of dill (minced)
1 pc
lemon juice
1
tablespoon of capers
4 pcs
fresh onion (minced)

PREPARATION

Hot & Spicy Dip Sauce:

  1. Mix all the ingredients. Put 2 cloves of garlic, 5-6 bunches of parsley, 1 tablespoon of hot pepper paste, 200 g Pinar Labneh.
  2. Blend at high speed. Lastly place the 70 g of walnuts, then blend the mixture again until becomes well combined. Serve with crispy lavash cips.

Tuna Fish Dip Sauce:

  1. Mix all the ingredients. Put 160 g of tuna fish, 100 g of pickles, 1 bunch of dill, 1 pc lemon juice, 1 tablespoon of capers, 4 pcs of fresh onions.
  2. Blend at high speed. Place the 200 g Pinar Labneh, then blend the mixture again, lastly add 50 g mayonnaise, blend until becomes smooth and well combined. Serve with crispy lavash cips.
