Grilled Pepper Soup with Pinar Labneh

INGREDIENTS

tablespoons of Pinar Labneh

of onion

of garlic

of water or chicken stock

teaspoon of black pepper

top-full tablespoon of flour
240 ml
of water
Dried mint

PREPARATION

  1. Grill the red peppers on the stove until entirely softened. Peel off and wash under tap and slice in large pieces.
  2. Place the pepper, onion cut into four, garlic cut into two in a medium cooking pan. Add water and oil and cook.
  3. When the vegetables are all softened, process them with a blender and make puree. Put on oven again and add salt and pepper and boil
  4. On the other hand, pour flour, cold water and Pinar Labneh in a bowl and beat with a fork. Warm the mixture up with one ladle of soup.
  5. Add the warmed mixture in the soup by stirring. Stir continuously and boil for 15 minutes. Garnish with dried mint and server.
