No Bake Cheesecake

INGREDIENTS

For the base:
200g
oat biscuits
A cup of Hazelnuts
60g
butter

For the cream:

600g
Pınar Labneh
4
eggs
1
glass of sugar
2.5
tablespoons of cornstarch
2
teaspoons of vanilla extract
200ml
cream

Topping:

Raspberry sauce

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. For the base: Mıx the butter, nuts and oatmeal biscuits in a food processor. Place the mixture in a pan, by pressing on it.
  2. For the cream: Put the eggs and sugar in a bowl and cook them over boiling water, keep stirring for about 15 minutes.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a saucepan. Then add cream, vanilla, corn starch, Pınar Labneh and mix well. Cook on the stove until it boils. Spread the mixture well over the biscuit base that you prepared earlier and let it cool.
  4. As for the best part! Add the raspberry sauce and let it cool in the fridge overnight.
