Pinar Labneh Spaghetti & Meatballs

INGREDIENTS

200g
Pınar Labneh

pack meatballs
1
pack of spaghetti
1
onion
2
cloves of garlic
1
tablespoon of olive oil
1
pinch of parsley
1
pinch of dill
1
teaspoon salt
1
teaspoon of black pepper
2
cups of water

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. First, boil the spaghetti and then drain it.
  2. Bake the meatballs in the oven until cooked.
  3. Roast the minced chopped onions and garlic in a frying pan with the addition of olive oil.
  4. Add Pınar labneh, fresh herbs, water, salt and pepper.
  5. Put the spaghetti on a baking tray with the meatballs on top, and finally pour the sauce with Pınar labneh on it.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven for 20 minutes at 100 degrees.
