Tiramisu

INGREDIENTS

For the base

To wet the base

cup of hot water

tablespoon of granulated coffee

tablespoons of sugar

For the cream

300g
Pınar labneh
1
liter milk
1
cup of flour
6
tablespoons of sugar
1
egg yolk
1
packet of vanilla

Topping

Cocoa powder

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Beat 4 eggs and a glass of sugar in a deep bowl. Then add the flour, baking powder and vanilla and keep whisking.
  2. Pour the mixture into a 24 cm square mold and put in the oven for 25 minutes at 180C.
  3. For the cream, add flour, sugar and egg yolk to 1 liter of milk, then whisk on low heat and cook until thick. 4. After cooking, remove it from the stove and wait until its warm. Then add the pudding, Pınar Labneh, vanilla and then whisk.
  4. Cut the baked cake into two pieces. Then wet the base of the cake with the mixture [water, coffee & sugar].
  5. Pour half of the cream into the mold and spread. Place the other half of the cake in the mold and wet it again with a mixture [water, coffee and sugar]. Pour all the remaining cream over the cake.
  6. Finally, sprinkle it all with cocoa powder. Leave it to cool overnight, then serve the next day!
