Meat Fatayer with Kashkaval cheese

Ingredients
500 gr Pinar puff pastry
1/2 bunch corriander
1/2 bunch parsley
50 gr roasted pine nuts
500 gr minced beef
1 medium chopped onion
2 cloves chopped garlic
150 gr Pinar kashkaval cheese
1tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
2 eggs yolk
Instructions
Defrost Pinar puff pastry sheets, niddle them with fork and close the sheets from 4 sides
Chop coriander and parsley
Saute the onion, garlic and minced beef in sauce pan then add herbs, spicies and nuts. Keep sauting for 4 minutes.
Cut Kashkaval cheese into small cubes
Place the beef mix into pastry sheets. Then cover top with pinar kashkaval cheese
Place fatayers into the oven tray and brush the sides with egg yolk
Bake them in preheated oven 190C 15-20 minutes until color turns to golden brown.
You can sprinkle the fatayer with pomagranate seeds
