Pinar labneh
2 eggs
Chopped parsley
Sliced olives
Salt and pepper
Baby rocket
Toast bread
Instructions
Boil the water in a saucer
Crack the eggs in boiled water
Boil the eggs for 3-4 minutes
Remove poached eggs from water
Mix olives with labneh and spread it on the toast bread
Place the baby rockets and add the poached egg
Dress with salt and pepper
