Ingredients

  • 50 gr Pinar Premium Cream Cheese
  • 150 gr Pinar Mozzarella
  • 200 gr Chicken breast
  • Parsley
  • 2 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 1 Pack of tortilla

For Dipping

  • 1 Ripe Avocado
  • 1 Onion
  • Lemon juice
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Boil and pull the chicken breast.
  • Mix chicken, cream cheese, mozzarella, parsley and tomato sauce.
  • Place the mixture on tortilla with a spoon.
  • Roll the tortilla and stick with a toothpick.
  • Place them in the air fryer and fry for 7 minutes at 200°C.
  • To prepare the dip sauce, smash the avocado, add chopped onion, lemon juice, olive oil and seasonings.
  • Serve chicken taquitos with the dip sauce.
