Ingredients
400 gr Pinar Halloumi
Flour
3 Egg yolks
Bread crumbs
Sriracha sauce
Mayonaise
Instructions
Cut Pinar halloumi into 3 cm thick sticks.
Coat them into flour, egg yolk and bread crumbs in the same order.
Deep fry the sticks.
Mix sriracha and mayonnaise together.
Serve halloumi sticks with the dip sauce.
