Ingredients

  • 400 gr Pinar Halloumi
  • Flour
  • 3 Egg yolks
  • Bread crumbs
  • Sriracha sauce
  • Mayonaise

Instructions

  • Cut Pinar halloumi into 3 cm thick sticks.
  • Coat them into flour, egg yolk and bread crumbs in the same order.
  • Deep fry the sticks.
  • Mix sriracha and mayonnaise together.
  • Serve halloumi sticks with the dip sauce.
