Ingredients
200 gr Pinar white cheese
10 pcs of 7 cm snack tart shells
2 large onions
25 gr sugar
Instructions
Peal the onions and slice them thinly.
Sautee the onions with a little oil in a sauce pan on slow fire.
When the onions become soft and golden, add the sugar and continue to sautee.
When the onions are caramelized, remove from fire and keep aside to cool.
Bake the tart shells for 4 minutes in the oven at 200C.
Remove shells from oven and keep aside to cool.
Place the caramelized onions into the tart shells.
Cover the onions with mashed Pinar white cheese.
Garnish on top with leftover onions.
