Ingredients

  • 200 gr Pinar white cheese
  • 10 pcs of 7 cm snack tart shells
  • 2 large onions
  • 25 gr sugar

Instructions

  • Peal the onions and slice them thinly.
  • Sautee the onions with a little oil in a sauce pan on slow fire.
  • When the onions become soft and golden, add the sugar and continue to sautee.
  • When the onions are caramelized, remove from fire and keep aside to cool.
  • Bake the tart shells for 4 minutes in the oven at 200C.
  • Remove shells from oven and keep aside to cool.
  • Place the caramelized onions into the tart shells.
  • Cover the onions with mashed Pinar white cheese.
  • Garnish on top with leftover onions.
