Ingredients

  • Pinar labneh
  • 2 eggs
  • Chopped parsley
  • Sliced olives
  • Salt and pepper
  • Baby rocket
  • Toast bread

Instructions

  • Boil the water in a saucer
  • Crack the eggs in boiled water
  • Boil the eggs for 3-4 minutes
  • Remove poached eggs from water
  • Mix olives with labneh and spread it on the toast bread
  • Place the baby rockets and add the poached egg
  • Dress with salt and pepper
