Lady Finger Cake with Labneh & Berries

Ingredients
2 Packs lady finger
1 Pack chocolate chips
Mixed berries
Mint
Cocoa powder
For Labneh Mixture
400 gr Pinar Labneh
500 ml milk
2 tbsp flour
5 tbsp sugar
1 Egg yolk
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp corn flour
Instructions
Add flour, corn flour and sugar in a sauce pan and mix.
Pour the milk into sauce pan slowly and continue whisking until it's fully smooth.
Add egg yolk and vanilla extract and continue to mix.
Cook the mixture on medium heat until it has some consistency.
Let the pan cool down. When it is cold, add Pinar labneh and mix well.
Place the lady fingers into the bottom and side of the cake pan.
Spread labneh mixture on top of the lady fingers, add berries and chocolate chips.
Repeat the layering with the same steps.
Finish with a labneh layer on top.
Wrap with cling film and refrigerate for 12 hours or overnight to soften the lady fingers.
Garnish with fresh berries, fresh mint and cocoa powder on top.
