Ingredients

  • 2 Packs lady finger
  • 1 Pack chocolate chips
  • Mixed berries
  • Mint
  • Cocoa powder

For Labneh Mixture

  • 400 gr Pinar Labneh
  • 500 ml milk
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 5 tbsp sugar
  • 1 Egg yolk
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp corn flour

Instructions

  • Add flour, corn flour and sugar in a sauce pan and mix.
  • Pour the milk into sauce pan slowly and continue whisking until it's fully smooth.
  • Add egg yolk and vanilla extract and continue to mix.
  • Cook the mixture on medium heat until it has some consistency.
  • Let the pan cool down. When it is cold, add Pinar labneh and mix well.
  • Place the lady fingers into the bottom and side of the cake pan.
  • Spread labneh mixture on top of the lady fingers, add berries and chocolate chips.
  • Repeat the layering with the same steps.
  • Finish with a labneh layer on top.
  • Wrap with cling film and refrigerate for 12 hours or overnight to soften the lady fingers.
  • Garnish with fresh berries, fresh mint and cocoa powder on top.
