Ingredients

  • 200 gr Pinar labneh
  • 50 gr whole pistachio
  • 50 gr cashew nutes
  • 1 packet Kataifi
  • 50 gr Icing sugar
  • 100 gr melted butter

For syrup

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 3 cloves cardamom

Instructions

  • Prepare the syrup first. Boil sugar and water with cardamom.
  • Mix icing sugar with Pinar labneh
  • Roast the nuts in oven for 5 minutes (200C)
  • Take few pieces from kataifi and brush them with melted butter
  • Roll them to reach a bird's nest shape and place them in the muffin tray
  • Bake the bird's nest in 180C oven for 15 minutes till you get golden brown color
  • Soak the nests in syrup for 30 seconds.
  • Fill the nest with Pinar labneh mix and sprinkle the nuts on top
