Ingredients

  • 500 gr Pinar labneh
  • 5 medium potatoes
  • 1 kg chicken tights
  • 2 medium onion
  • 4 dried bay leaves
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tblspn oregano
  • 1/2 tblspn salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Cut the potato into wedges
  • Chop the onion and garlic
  • Mix all the ingredients well and place them in the tray (Except Pinar Labneh)
  • Cover tray with aliminium foil and bake on 200C for 35 min.
  • Then remove the foil and add pinar labneh and mix well.
  • Place the tray back in the over on 200C for additional 15 minutes.
  • Remove the bay leaves and serve your dish.
