Ingredients
500 gr Pinar labneh
5 medium potatoes
1 kg chicken tights
2 medium onion
4 dried bay leaves
6 cloves garlic
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tblspn oregano
1/2 tblspn salt and pepper
Instructions
Cut the potato into wedges
Chop the onion and garlic
Mix all the ingredients well and place them in the tray (Except Pinar Labneh)
Cover tray with aliminium foil and bake on 200C for 35 min.
Then remove the foil and add pinar labneh and mix well.
Place the tray back in the over on 200C for additional 15 minutes.
Remove the bay leaves and serve your dish.
