Cabbage Rolls with Feta Cheese

Ingredients
250 gr Pinar Feta Cheese
1 Flat cabbage
1 Carrot
1 Pack of mushrooms
1 Onion
1 Garlic clove
4 tbsp rice
3 tbsp soy sauce
Vegetable oil
Sesame oil
Sesame seeds
Spring onion
Instructions
To soften the cabbage leaves, keep the flat cabbage in the freezer overnight.
Cook rice and keep it aside.
Chop onions, garlic, carrots, mushrooms, and sauté them in a pan.
Add cooked rice and soy sauce into sautéd veggies and cook well.
Set aside to cool down.
Remove the cabbage from freezer and blanch in boiled water until it's fully defrosted.
Remove the leaves one by one.
Crumble Pinar Feta Cheese and mix with veggies.
Place the mixture into the cabbage leaves with tablespoon and roll them.
Fry the cabbage rolls in a pan with vegetable oil.
Prepare sesame sauce with sesame oil, sesame seeds and chopped spring onion.
Serve cabbage rolls with sesame sauce on top.
