Kashkaval stuffed beef kofta

Ingredients
200 gr Pinar kashkaval
500 gr beef mince
1 small onion
2 cloves garlic
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1 teaspn cumin
1 teaspn salt
1teaspn pepper
Instructions
Grate the onion and garlic then remove the juice
Mix all ingridients except Pinar kashkaval cheese
Put in fridge the kofta mix for 2 hours.
Cut the pinar kashkaval into the small cubes
Take the 70 gr of kofta mix and stuff Pinar kashkaval inside.
Grill them on bbq.
