Ingredients

  • 200 gr Pinar kashkaval
  • 500 gr beef mince
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 teaspn cumin
  • 1 teaspn salt
  • 1teaspn pepper

Instructions

  • Grate the onion and garlic then remove the juice
  • Mix all ingridients except Pinar kashkaval cheese
  • Put in fridge the kofta mix for 2 hours.
  • Cut the pinar kashkaval into the small cubes
  • Take the 70 gr of kofta mix and stuff Pinar kashkaval inside.
  • Grill them on bbq.
