Ingredients

  • 400 gr Pinar Labneh
  • 500 gr Pinar Mozzarella
  • 1 Pack Pinar Puff Pastry
  • 500 gr Beef cubes
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Green bell pepper
  • 1 Red bell pepper
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • Parsley
  • 1 Tomato
  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 Egg yolk

Instructions

  • Sauté beef cubes, add tomatoes, tomato paste, seasoning and keep them aside.
  • Sauté onion, garlic and bell peppers in a different pan and mix with the beef cubes.
  • Add chopped parsley and let it cool down.
  • Defrost the puff pastries and remove from the pastry sheets.
  • To get thinner pastry sheets, roll them with little flour on counter.
  • Place the mix into the middle of the puff pastry sheet, add Pinar mozzarella on it, and close from all the sides.
  • Apply the egg yolk on puff pastries and bake them in oven at 200°C for 30 minutes.
  • Remove the pastry from the oven and serve with Pinar labneh on top.
