Brussel sprout chestnut salad with Feta cheese

Ingredients
100 gr Pinar traditional Feta cheese
500 gr Brussel sprouts (External leaves removed)
1 Shallot
200 gr Chestnut (without shell)
5 tblspn Olive oil
salt and black pepper
Pomegranate seeds for decoration
Instructions
Blanch Brussel sprouts for 2/3 minutes in boiling water
Place brussel sprouts and chestnut in a baking tray
Chop the shallot and add in tray with olive oil and seasoning
Bake in oven for 15 minutes (200C)
Remove from the oven and let it cool down
Crumble on top Pinar traditional feta cheese
