Ingredients

  • 100 gr Pinar traditional Feta cheese
  • 500 gr Brussel sprouts (External leaves removed)
  • 1 Shallot
  • 200 gr Chestnut (without shell)
  • 5 tblspn Olive oil
  • salt and black pepper
  • Pomegranate seeds for decoration

Instructions

  • Blanch Brussel sprouts for 2/3 minutes in boiling water
  • Place brussel sprouts and chestnut in a baking tray
  • Chop the shallot and add in tray with olive oil and seasoning
  • Bake in oven for 15 minutes (200C)
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool down
  • Crumble on top Pinar traditional feta cheese
