Butternut squash with cheddar sauce

Ingredients
500 gr Pinar spreadable cheddar cheese
2 pcs Butternut squash
150 gr cooking cream
2 cloves garlic
3 tblspn olive oil
salt and black pepper
dried rosemary
pomegranate seeds for decoration
Instructions
Peel the skin of butternut squash then cut into 6 cm thickness of square pieces
Place them in baking tray; add crushed garlic, seasoning, dry rosemarry and olive oil
Bake them in preheated oven (250c ) for 20 minutes
In a sauce pan, place Pinar spreadable cheddar cheese and cooking cream. Boil it.
Remove the tray from oven and mix with cheddar cheese sauce
