Ingredients

  • 500 gr Pinar spreadable cheddar cheese
  • 2 pcs Butternut squash
  • 150 gr cooking cream
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 3 tblspn olive oil
  • salt and black pepper
  • dried rosemary
  • pomegranate seeds for decoration

Instructions

  • Peel the skin of butternut squash then cut into 6 cm thickness of square pieces
  • Place them in baking tray; add crushed garlic, seasoning, dry rosemarry and olive oil
  • Bake them in preheated oven (250c ) for 20 minutes
  • In a sauce pan, place Pinar spreadable cheddar cheese and cooking cream. Boil it.
  • Remove the tray from oven and mix with cheddar cheese sauce
