Creamy broccoli soup with labneh

Ingredients
150 gr Pinar labneh
4 tblspn unsalted butter
2 tblspn flour
1 medium onion diced
4 cups water
1 whole broccoli
Coarse salt and pepper
Instructions
In a medium pot, melt butter over medium heat.
Add onion and cook, steering until softened (around 8 minutes).
Add flour and keep steering until combined around 1 minute
Whisk constantly and add 1 cup of water and bring to boil over high heat.
Reduce heat and simmer, whisk occasionally, 10 minutes.
Cut the broccolies and add it to the pot then bring to a simmer.
Cook until broccoli is very tender for 20 minutes.
blend the content of the pot and add seasonings.
Take out the content from the blender and whisk pinar labneh well with the ingredients.
