Ingredients

  • 150 gr Pinar labneh
  • 4 tblspn unsalted butter
  • 2 tblspn flour
  • 1 medium onion diced
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 whole broccoli
  • Coarse salt and pepper

Instructions

  • In a medium pot, melt butter over medium heat.
  • Add onion and cook, steering until softened (around 8 minutes).
  • Add flour and keep steering until combined around 1 minute
  • Whisk constantly and add 1 cup of water and bring to boil over high heat.
  • Reduce heat and simmer, whisk occasionally, 10 minutes.
  • Cut the broccolies and add it to the pot then bring to a simmer.
  • Cook until broccoli is very tender for 20 minutes.
  • blend the content of the pot and add seasonings.
  • Take out the content from the blender and whisk pinar labneh well with the ingredients.
