Deep fried potato stuffed with Kashkaval cheese

Ingredients
150 gr Pinar kashkaval
500 gr Potatoes
2 tblspn Butter(soften)
Salt and black pepper
For cranberry sauce
200gr Dried cranberry
50 gr Sugar
50 gr Water
For crumbing:
300 gr Bread crumb
300 gr Flour
4 pcs egg
Instructions
Bake the potatoes in the oven until they become tender
Peel the skin of baked potatoes and mash with butter and seasoning.
Cut Pinar kashkaval cheese into 3 cm thick squares
Make a small balls from mashed potatoes. Each ball should be 40 gr.
Stuff the potato balls with Pinar kashkaval cheese cubes.
for crumbling: Cover each ball first with flour then egg mix then bread crumbs
Prepare cranberry sauce: Bring dry cranberries ,sugar and water to boil and get a thick sauce
Deep fry the potatoes balls and serve with cranberry sauce
