Ingredients

  • 150 gr Pinar kashkaval
  • 500 gr Potatoes
  • 2 tblspn Butter(soften)
  • Salt and black pepper

For cranberry sauce

  • 200gr Dried cranberry
  • 50 gr Sugar
  • 50 gr Water
  • For crumbing:
  • 300 gr Bread crumb
  • 300 gr Flour
  • 4 pcs egg

Instructions

  • Bake the potatoes in the oven until they become tender
  • Peel the skin of baked potatoes and mash with butter and seasoning.
  • Cut Pinar kashkaval cheese into 3 cm thick squares
  • Make a small balls from mashed potatoes. Each ball should be 40 gr.
  • Stuff the potato balls with Pinar kashkaval cheese cubes.
  • for crumbling: Cover each ball first with flour then egg mix then bread crumbs
  • Prepare cranberry sauce: Bring dry cranberries ,sugar and water to boil and get a thick sauce
  • Deep fry the potatoes balls and serve with cranberry sauce
