Ingredients
100 gr Pinar traditional feta cheese
2 plum tomatoes chopped
1 ripe avocado chopped
1/4 fine chopped onion
1 clove chopped garlic
1 tblspn chopped parsley
1 tblspn oregano
1 tblspn olive oil
1 tblspn lemon juice
1 baguette
Instructions
In a bowl, Stir gently tomatoes, avocados, onion, and garlic.
Add parsley, oregano, olive oil and lemon juice. Stir gently the mix.
Add crumbled pinar traditional feta cheese . Cover it and chill for 10 minutes.
Slice the baguette and toasted them in preheat oven 200C for 10 minutes
Serve your dish with toasted baguette
