Ingredients

  • 100 gr Pinar traditional feta cheese
  • 2 plum tomatoes chopped
  • 1 ripe avocado chopped
  • 1/4 fine chopped onion
  • 1 clove chopped garlic
  • 1 tblspn chopped parsley
  • 1 tblspn oregano
  • 1 tblspn olive oil
  • 1 tblspn lemon juice
  • 1 baguette

Instructions

  • In a bowl, Stir gently tomatoes, avocados, onion, and garlic.
  • Add parsley, oregano, olive oil and lemon juice. Stir gently the mix.
  • Add crumbled pinar traditional feta cheese . Cover it and chill for 10 minutes.
  • Slice the baguette and toasted them in preheat oven 200C for 10 minutes
  • Serve your dish with toasted baguette
