Ingredients

  • 500 gr Pinar puff pastry
  • 200 gr Pinar spreadable cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup flour for rolling the pastry sheets
  • 2 tblspn zaatar
  • Sesame seeds for garnishing
  • Honey for topping

Instructions

  • Defrost Pinar puff pastry
  • Place flour on kitchen counter. Roll pastry sheets one by one until it becomes thin.
  • Close the sides of pastry sheets.
  • Spread Pinar cheddar cheese on pastry sheet and add zaatar on top
  • Bake them in preheated 180C oven for 15 minutes.
  • You can garnish manakish with sesame seeds or honey
